QUESTION : What is the appointment time?

7.00AM TOUR : TO ENSURE A SMOOTH CHECK-IN PROCESS, WE KINDLY REQUEST ALL TRAVELERS TO ARRIVE ON TIME 6:45 AM CHECK-IN. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE LATE ARRIVALS, AND APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING IN THIS MATTER.

QUESTION : How can I locate and identify the tour vehicle?

ANSWER : Check for a Ford Transit vehicle that will be parked close to the handicap parking area.

QUESTION : What time will the tour commence?

7.00 AM TOUR : The tour commenced by 7.00 am. CHECKIN 6:45 AM WE COME BACK AT 1:30 PM.

9.00 AM TOUR : The tour commenced by 9.00 am. CHECKIN 8:45 AM WE COME BACK AT 3:30 PM.

QUESTION : Should I take a breakfast before the tour?

ANSWER : Yes, take light breakfast

QUESTION : Should we bring lunch?

7.00AM TOUR : We come back around 1:30 pm and you could take your lunch to Whole Foods but you could pack and bring your own lunch if you like to eat something in between.

9.00AM TOUR : We come back around 3:30 pm and you could take your lunch to Whole Foods but you could pack and bring your own lunch if you like to eat something in between.

QUESTION: If I come with a private vehicle, is there a parking place?

ANSWER:Yes. There are safe spaces available for parking. You are free to park your vehicle anywhere suitable in the “Ross Dress for Less” parking lot.

QUESTION: How many people are we going on this tour together?

ANSWER: Maximum number of 11 people will embark on this tour.

QUESTION: How many hours will this tour take?

ANSWER: The total hours of the tour should not exceed 6 hours.

QUESTION: What if I am late, will you wait for me?

ANSWER: No. There is no way we can wait for anyone as the other travelers involved in the tour would not embrace the idea. In the same vein, we must get to the Black Sand Beach as early as we can to get the ticket of all travelers reserved. In a nutshell, we will not wait for anyone late.

QUESTION: Will there be a refund if I am late?

ANSWER: No. Neither a full or partial refund will be made if you are late.

QUESTION: Will you provide pickup and dropoff facilities?

ANSWER: No. We don’t pick up and drop off our customers as our competitors do because they start picking up at 5:30 AM, where you have to ride across the island for hours. By the start of the tour, you will already be exhausted and the free lunch you received as early as 5 am will be no good. Also the,y drop off their customers after 6.00 pm

QUESTION: How can I reach the meeting location?

ANSWER: To get to the meeting location, you can board public transport to get there. For convenience sake, you can hire a Uber, and should be easy to locate the “Ross Dress for Less” which is very close to the Kahului airport. The detailed address goes thus: “Ross Dress for Less” Located On 200 E, Kamehameha Ave, Kahului. HI 96732. You can also display the use of the Google map on your mobile phone for easy tracking of the location.,

QUESTION: What if I am unable to find the meeting location, will there be a refund?

ANSWER: No. In your inability to make it to the meeting location, the company will not make any refund.

QUESTION : How many hours before the start of the tour should I send a request to cancel a booking?

ANSWER : 24 hours before

QUESTION : Can I get a last minute refund if my health is not good?

ANSWER : Yes, but you need to provide necessary documents / proofs provided by a medical center in Maui. Maui has paramedics 24/7, Clinics, Maui Memorial Center 24/7

QUESTION: Who is in charge of the tour team?

ANSWER: We have a tour guide team who are to guide and direct your activities while on the tour.

QUESTION: How far is the first restroom from the meeting location?

ANSWER: THE RESTROOM IS ABOUT 2 HOURS FROM DEPARTURE.

QUESTION: What are the main attractions or stops we are going to see on this tour?

ANSWER: Ke’anae Peninsula, Wailua Banana Bread Shop, Wailua Open Valley, Wai’anapanapa State Park, Black Sand Beach and Ho’okipa Beach Park.

QUESTION: Should I buy tickets for Black Sand Beach?

ANSWER: No, we already have tickets reserved for everyone going on this tour.

QUESTION: Are there any facilities in the rainforest?

ANSWER: In the rainforest, there are no flat paths, no signs, and no cell phone services.

QUESTION: Can I swim in waterfalls?

ANSWER: No, the State of Hawaii set up new rules and regulations and now are restricted areas if parking there will be subject to pay a fine despite this we pass driving and you’ll see spectacular waterfalls!

QUESTION: Can I swim on Black Sand Beach?

ANSWER : If the conditions are good, of course, you do. Bring your towels and all that you would need for swimming.

QUESTION: Is the tour guide friendly?

ANSWER : All our tour guides are well trained and experienced. They exhibit fairness, friend lines, and kindness in performing their duties. They are trained to give good customer service at all times. However, in return, you are expected to follow all the leads of our tour guides as they represent the image and values of the company.

QUESTION: Is the weather at Hana good?

ANSWER : Weather is natural and we have no control over the elements of nature. We are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and the weather can suddenly change conditions to tropical storms, rain, etc

QUESTION : Should we bring a special set of clothes during the rainy season?

ANSWER : October to March is the rainy season and we suggest you bring a hooded rain poncho, little umbrella or light rain jacket.

QUESTION: Are we going to see the Hawaiian green sea turtle?

ANSWER : We don’t have control over the wildlife around the area. However, the green sea turtles are very regular around the beach.

QUESTION: Can anyone come there?

ANSWER : Yes, anyone can take a trip to Hana except for the infants. Infants shouldn’t be taken to Hana.

QUESTION: Is a visit to Hana suitable for Physically challenged people.

ANSWER : This is not aimed at discriminating. The physically challenged people may have difficulties engaging in the activities and the side attractions available. It is in the best interest of a physically challenged individual to make the trip.

QUESTION: What is the nature of the Hana road?

ANSWER: Hana road ranks one of the worst paths to drive but our tour guides have years of experience under their belt

QUESTION: Is a wheelchair accessible for this tour?

ANSWER: No. A wheelchair isn’t accessible..

QUESTION: Can I bring an infant to this tour?

ANSWER: No. Infants are not allowed to join this tour.

QUESTION : What kind of shoes should I wear for the tour?

ANSWER : Tennis shoes are suitable.

ANSWER: We will not take responsibility for dismissed or lost items.

ANSWER : Don’t take Dramamine couples minutes before tour departure and not mix with food

QUESTION : What happens if I feel sick?

ANSWER : The company isn’t responsible for you’re physical condition or preexistence problems arise.

QUESTION: Is gratuity included in the package?

ANSWER: GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING. WE SUGGEST BEING GENEROUS AND ADDING A MINIMUM OF 10% AS A TIP.
